We’re delighted to have recently celebrated 10 years in business with a party at The Table in Woodbridge with friends, family, clients and colleagues.
In the past 10 years we have seen brands such as Gressingham Duck, The Garden Trellis Company, Sock Shop, Munchy Seeds, Sutton Hoo Chicken, Paddy & Scotts and Kettle Chips. “We help local and national clients develop their marketing strategy, shape their brand and for many we’ll run their entire marketing operation. In every case we focus on growth, working with the business owners to develop their brand. Essentially, we make marketing work harder – I’m slightly obsessed with measuring success!”
We have been working with the Garden Trellis Company since 2012 and have helped to increase their online business tenfold; we have supported award-winning family farmers & butchers, Wicks Manor in developing their brand and introduced new packaging formats and our work with Gressingham has resulted in the increased consumption of duck in homes throughout the UK.
“When I established the business it was at the peak of the 2008 financial crisis. Looking back, it was a pretty risky time to launch a new marketing practice; business confidence was incredibly low, companies were either folding or slashing budgets and in many cases reducing headcount. I spotted that many small and medium-sized businesses still wanted to invest in marketing expertise, but either didn’t have the budget to recruit full-time marketing professionals or found that marketing too often slipped to the bottom of their ‘to do’ list. That’s where we add value – when business owners have marketing ambition but lack resource or expertise. We are looking forward to the next 10 years of Curzon Marketing and already have plans to move to a bigger office later this year to accommodate our growing team. We are currently searching for a new senior marketer to join the team to support our clients as our business continues to grow. What remains constant is that whatever level of service we provide, whether effective marketing strategy and branding, or expert day-to-day operational marketing, we ensure that marketing matters to the commercial success of the businesses we work with.”
With plans to expand and with a new office on the way later this year, we’re looking forward to what the future holds for Curzon Marketing.
