This has been a busy year to say the least, and quite fitting that it should be the year we celebrated our 10th anniversary. In short a great year, working closely with our clients to help develop their business through branding, design, marketing and content creation and we are very grateful to everyone who has been part of our growth and success in 2018. Here are just a few of the highlights; and bring on 2019!
New product launches, new websites and new campaigns!
Gressingham
This year we were involved in the launch of Gressingham’s new Bistro range of products! These are delicious restaurant style meals that are ready in under 40 minutes and the range can be purchased in Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsburys and Morrisons.
Fynn Valley
The popular golf club in Ipswich were in the process of launching a brand-new venue Fynn Valley Café Terrace when we jumped on board to help create the brand identity, including a new website and a range of marketing activity around the launch.
Munchy Seeds
With the growing popularity of Salted Caramel flavourings, Munchy Seeds decided to tap into the consumer trend with their new product launch of Salted Caramel Munchy Seeds. The new flavour is a delicious combination of salted caramel roasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds with a sprinkle of sea salt and coconut. The launch was supported by a multimedia campaign, which included social media, sampling, advertising, PR and more! Following the success of Salted Caramel, Munchy Seeds are now available to buy in over 500 Tesco stores including their 140g Honey Seeds, Omega Sprinkles & Chilli Bites tubs!
Sutton Hoo Chicken
In March, we launched two new sausage recipes for Sutton Hoo Chicken; both of which are gluten free, contain super high meat content and are made in natural casings. Sutton Hoo Chicken sausages are available in two tasty flavours: a regular sausage with a classic Cumberland seasoning of mixed herbs and spice and a smoked paprika & chilli, a spicy sausage with a gorgeous, distinctive flavour. These were launched in local farm shops, butchers, and the East of England Co-Op.
To celebrate the sausage launch, we organised ‘Sutton Hoo Chicken Sausage Week’ at The Table, The Anchor and The White Horse in Easton. Each restaurant put Sutton Hoo Chicken sausages on the menu from the 19th – 25th March including comforting bangers and mash and a warming sausage casserole.
Following the success of Sutton Hoo Chicken Sausage Week, they went on to win ‘Best New Taste Sensation Sausage’ at the Framlingham Sausage Festival in October.
Stalsen
Working closely with Teeg Design we helped to launch and promote a brand-new identity and website for Stalsen, the hand protection experts. Incorporating the strapline “keeping hands safe”, the new branding has been designed to reflect Stalsen’s commitment to reducing and ultimately eradicating hand injuries from the workplace through its combination of tailored risk assessment, custom glove protection and ongoing training and support for harm prevention.
Celebrating 10 years
To celebrate 10 years as a Suffolk marketing agency, we hosted our anniversary party at The Table in Woodbridge with our close friends, family, clients and colleagues. The evening was a huge success, including bubbles, speeches and most importantly delicious food from our clients including Gressingham Duck wraps, Sutton Hoo Chicken skewers, Wicks Manor pulled pork baps, Munchy Seeds brownies & more!
It was a brilliant evening celebrating and what a fantastic way to kick off the summer!
Theatre In The Forest Sponsorship
Over the summer we had the pleasure of sponsoring Red Rose Chain’s incredible Theatre in the Forest at Jimmy’s Farm in Ipswich. The team at Red Rose Chain have made such a tremendous impact in the local community for the past 10 years and we feel extremely honoured to have been able to sponsor the production, mobey from which helps the team’s community work with disadvantaged young people, as well as those with mental health issues, learning difficulties and struggling with addiction.
The show made for a fantastic night out with friends and family. – We’re already looking forward to the next performance in summer 2019!
Introducing the Suffolk Food & Drink Fund
In the autumn we became the marketing partners for the Suffolk Community Foundation’s Food and Drink fund. The aim of the fund is to support charitable activities addressing local needs, particularly those where there is a direct link with food and drink. The fund is supporting charities, voluntary and community groups throughout Suffolk through a small grants programme. Grants of between 1,000 and 5,000 are awarded.
We supported the foundation by providing brand assets including a logo, built and designed a new website, organised signage as well as creating promotional flyers and booklets.
New office!
In the summer we made the decision that a bigger office with more space is essential, and after a couple of months of looking for the perfect space and in the correct location, we eventually moved to a new home in Deben Mill Business Centre, Woodbridge. We now have the space to plan for our growth and expansion.
