Fast-growing regional recruitment specialist, Recruitment Acquisition Group approached Curzon Marketing for support in realising their ambition of creating a distinctive national presence.

How we worked together:

Our approach was brand first and bottom up, starting with the development of brand vision and values, summarised in a brand articulation that would unify current and future businesses operating under the group umbrella. It needed to capture the best of what the businesses currently were but also provide a framework to shape new businesses that were acquired.

The result was a complete brand strategy that placed the group’s established credentials in essential services and blue-collar sectors at its heart. Brought to life with the brand idea ‘There’s work to be done’, every touchpoint was considered and refreshed to reflect the new positioning. What followed was a new name, Thrive Group, a new visual identity, brand film, website, and supporting marketing communications plan.

We now work with Thrive to give them ongoing marketing support, working hard to get the brand out to their current and potential clients, their internal employees and their recruitment candidates as well as to future recruitment agencies for acquisition.
